Happy Birthday To Me, I Have A Tumor

Yepp.
That's right.
I have a tumor.


No, I don't celebrate my birthday, and I sure as hell won't be doing so this year. It's not my birthday today; two days until another year is lost, not that it makes any single difference in the world. Age is just a number, after all.

It's just funny that I got the news so close to my birthday- originally I was supposed to see my doctor on my birthday, but it was bumped up to today, stupidly early this morning. Out of my 22 years being alive, I have rarely had a birthday that wasn't made miserable somehow.
This one takes the cake (HAHAHA! //sobbing)

Yeah, I know I'll more than likely survive, don't get on my case about it. And to think that I've been doing so amazingly lately, and have had my spirits kept up so high as of late. But this knocked-down phase will pass, and I will be back on my feet again. My new outlook and self-respect (to an extent) has been what's kept me going.

So yeah, despite everything, I'm holding on, and I intend to keep going for a long time.
Have to do a scary ass dye-infused scan via IV injection in a hospital, but I'll find a way. I fucking hope...somehow...I've already done three blood tests, with one more to go this week...I think now I'm just scared of being in the hospital...surrounded by doctors...and medical equipment...alone...
